Interreg Euro-MED - MAST
MAST PLUS moves from the initial study phase to pilot implementation, advancing the ABC model into an AoBC approach where Opportunity enables sustainable behaviour in accommodation SMEs. Through testing with at least 50 SMEs across Mediterranean partner countries, the project validates and adapts the MAST tools to ensure effective uptake and transferability in diverse territorial contexts.

Building on the initial project outputs, MAST PLUS tests and refines the Sustainability Protocol, Self-Assessment Tool and Manual as practical, adaptable solutions for accommodation SMEs.
🏨Pilot implementation in real contexts
Through deployment with SMEs across Mediterranean partner countries, the project assesses how contextual conditions influence uptake and effective implementation of sustainable practices.
🤝Co-creation, transfer and long-term impact
Supported by a Community of Practice, results are consolidated into transferable approaches and policy-relevant strategies to enable replication across Mediterranean tourism ecosystems.
